How to Redeem your eBooks

Before You Start

Important!: The Access Code on your receipt is NOT the same code you use on the publisher’s website.

  • The code on your receipt is a security code.

  • You must redeem it first to receive the publisher’s Access Code and instructions.

Step 1: Go to the Redemption Page

Visit: https://durham.bookware3000.ca/redeem 

 

Step 2: Enter your receipt code

  1. In the Redemption Code box, enter the Access Code from your receipt including the dashes.

  2. Check the I Agree box.

  3. Click Redeem Product.

You’ll be automatically redirected to the Campus eBookstore website.

 

Step 3: Sign In or create an account

If you already have a Campus eBookstore account:

  • Enter your login details and sign in.

If this is your first eBook purchase:

  1. Click Create an Account.

  2. Enter:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • School email address

    • Password

  3. Click Register.

You’ll be logged in automatically once your account is created.

  • Enter your login details and sign in.

 

 Step 4: Check Your Email

  • Check the email address you used to create your account.

  • You’ll receive an email with:

    • The publisher’s Access Code

    • Instructions on how to access your eBook

 

Redeeming More Than One Access Code?

If you purchased multiple eBooks:

  1. Log in to your Campus eBookstore account.

  2. Click Redeem Code on the left-hand menu.

  3. Enter each Access Code from your receipts.

  4. Check your email for the publisher’s Access Code and instructions for each eBook.

 

Where Do I Access My eBook?

  • Some eBooks can be accessed directly in your Campus eBookstore account under My eBooks.

  • Most eBooks (such as Connect (McGraw Hill), MindTap (Cengage), MyLab (Pearson), WileyPLUS (Wiley), etc.) are accessed through the publisher’s website.

👉 Always refer to the email from Campus eBookstore for the correct access instructions for your specific eBook.
