Bookstore Refund Policy
Most books are refundable but must be returned:
- with the original receipt
- within fourteen (14) days of purchase
- in complete, unused & unmarked condition
- in its original packaging (including shrinkwrap, if applicable)
There are no refunds on textbooks (hardcover and electronic versions) bought during exam or testing periods. There will be no refunds or exchanges after the last day of class. All returns are at the final discretion of the store personnel. We will exchange items that are deemed defective. Please see our General Info page for advice on making the most of your textbook budget.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original payment. If payment was made by credit card or bank card, a credit to the card will be processed.
New textbooks ordered online can be returned for a refund either via mail or in person. Used textbooks are final sale. Please contact the bookstore prior to returning any products purchased online to determine credit eligibility. If mailing the book back to us, please include a note with your name, how to contact you and reason for returning the item. Once we receive the item back and it has been approved for refund, you will receive a phone call or email stating that the refund has been completed.

Much of our textbook return policy is dictated by policies of the textbook publishers. If one of these policies is affecting your return and is beyond our control, we will happily provide you with the publisher's phone number.
Clothing may be exchanged or returned for a refund with 10 days of purchase provided that it is accompanied by the original bill of sale and has not been worn.
