RETURN POLICY

 

Textbook Returns

Most books are refundable but must be returned:

  • with the original receipt
  • within 10 business days of purchase
  • in complete, unused & unmarked condition
  • in its original packaging (including shrink-wrap, if applicable)

There are no refunds on textbooks (hardcover and electronic versions) bought during exam or testing periods.

There will be no refunds or exchanges after the last day of class. All returns are at the final discretion of the store personnel. We will exchange items that are deemed defective. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original payment. New textbooks ordered online can be returned for a refund via mail or in person.

Please contact the campus store prior to returning any products purchased online to determine credit eligibility.

If mailing the book back to us, please include your original receipt, along with your order confirmation printed out. Once we receive the items back and has been approved for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation.

Much of our textbook return policy is dictated by policies of the textbook publishers. If one of these policies is affecting your return and is beyond our control, we will happily provide you with the publisher's phone number.

 

Clothing Returns

Clothing may be exchanged or returned for a refund with 10 days of purchase provided that it is accompanied by the original bill of sale and has not been worn.
