Custom Hoodie Orders

If you're interested in a custom hoodie for your program check out the form here. 

Before ordering, here are a few things you need to know: 

• All hoodie orders require a minimum of 12 hoodies for the order to be placed. 
• One of these individuals will be responsible for completing the form and collecting payment from the group. Once all interested parties have paid, this individual then submits the completed form to the Campus Store either in-person ( Oshawa Campus only) or online by emailing campusstore@durhamcollege.ca. 
• When the form is submitted it will be reviewed by our staff.  If everything is acceptable, the order will need to be paid for in full before it can be placed with the vendor. This can be done online or in-store. For those choosing to purchase online, please submit the order form by email to campusstore@durhamcollege.ca and we will review the order and send a link for purchase.

Please note all orders will take 8-10 weeks to be completed.
