Ordering a Digital Publication
-
Access codes can be purchased online or in store. If purchasing online, students can search the ISBN of the required textbook in the search bar and add to cart or add items to cart directly from their booklist which can be generated here. Students will require their MyDC login to generate booklist. Proceed to checkout, the Campus Store website accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You will receive a receipt by email from info.campusstore@durhamcollege.ca with a 12 digit code followed by a redemption email for each digital publication you ordered.
-
On the redemption email it will show your access code with a redemption button to click. If the redemption link does not activate, head to https://durham.bookware3000.ca/redeem to enter your 12 digit redemption code. It is STRONGLY recommended that you use your @dcmail.ca email address as it may be linked to your course material. Please note it is a .ca email not .com. You will not receive anything if you use an incorrect email.
-
Once you have entered the 12 digit redemption code, you will receive the publisher’s code along with a new website link where you can access your learning materials by entering the publisher’s code.
It is important to note that you need to enter the 12 digit code from your receipt on the Durham site first. Do not use the 12 digit code on the publisher’s site, it will not work.
You can also contact us. Please note that during early September and early January, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response by email. If the matter is urgent, please call us at 905-721-3026 during the hours of 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday.
