eBook Redemption Instructions

Please note, the Access Code on your receipt is not the Access Code that is used on the publisher’s website to redeem the eBook. The Access Code on your receipt is a security code that must be redeemed using the below-noted instructions to receive the publisher’s Access Code and redemption instructions.

Go to https://durham.bookware3000.ca/redeem

  • - In the Redemption Code text box, enter the Access Code from your receipt with the dashes.
  • - Click the I Agree box and then click Redeem Product.
  • - You will be automatically redirected to the Campus eBookstore website which fulfills eBook Access Codes – do not close this page.
  • - If you have a Campus eBookstore account from a previous eBook purchase from the Durham College Campus Store, enter your log-in information and sign-in to your account. If you do not have a Campus eBookstore account and this is your first time purchasing an eBook from the Durham College Campus Store, click Create an Account. You will be prompted to enter your first name, last name, school email address, and a password to create your account. Once entered, click Register.
  • -You will be automatically logged into your Campus eBookstore account. Check the email address that was used to create your account for the publisher’s Access Code and redemption instructions for the eBook. It will also be under the My Access Codes section in your Campus eBookstore account.

If you purchased and are redeeming more than one Access Code from the Durham College Campus Store, click Redeem Code on the left-hand column in your Campus eBookstore account. Enter the Access Code from each receipt and check your email address for each publisher’s Access Code and redemption instructions for each eBook.

Please note, some eBooks are accessed through your Campus eBookstore account under My eBooks on the left-hand column in your Campus eBookstore account. Most eBooks, such as those that come with Connect (McGraw Hill), MindTap (Cengage), MyLab (Pearson), WileyPlus (Wiley) etc., are accessed through the publisher’s website. Refer to the email you received from Campus eBookstore to view the specific redemption instructions for your eBook.
